From there, you can track your daily food consumption meal by meal and see how it aligns with your macro plan. The app's extensive database includes a wide range of foods, beverages, restaurant items, and pre-packaged products, allowing you to easily track macros and carb counts. You can even scan product barcodes for quick input.

The app also provides a net carb count by automatically subtracting sugar alcohols and dietary fiber. Additionally, you have the option to create and save your own recipes, adjust portion sizes if you feel full before finishing a meal or decide to have seconds, and access a selection of keto recipes for inspiration.

Other helpful features include the ability to create grocery lists based on your favorite foods, view recommended foods to avoid to stay on track with your goals, integrate with Apple Health app and FitBit for exercise tracking, monitor water intake, track changes in weight, monitor fasting intervals, view progress graphs, access a Q&A section for frequently asked questions, and export food logs to PDF files.

This app is available in multiple countries, including the USA, Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Russia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

While the app can be downloaded and used for free with basic functionality such as accessing a custom macro plan, entering 5 or fewer foods per day requires a subscription. However, users also have the option to make a one-time purchase within the app to unlock full functionality without the need for a subscription.

For users looking to maximize their keto tracking experience and save money, a PRO Subscription is available for various time periods, ranging from 1 month to 12 months. Additionally, a PRO membership can be obtained through a one-time payment, granting lifetime access to all PRO features.
